Living in the here and now

One of the most difficult but important requirements of the Thoughts Becoming Things philosophy is learning to live in the here and now.  If you find yourself feeling regretful,  you are living in the past.  If you find yourself feeling anxious, you are living in the future.  The calm and confidence that is necessary to fully envision your perfect life can only come when you are fully living in the present.
